Q: How do I sign up for an account if I live outside the United States?

Q: Are VIP / Early Morning reservations refundable or transferable to a different date?
A: Reservations are non-refundable (unless the rink is closed due to inclement weather). Because our reserved sessions usually book up completely, reservations are only valid for the date and time specified and may not be changed once purchase is made.

Q: What if it rains or snows during my reserved session?
A: On occasion, Wollman Rink will close due to heavy rain or heavy snow. If your session is canceled due to inclement weather, then a full refund of purchase will be credited to the same card used for payment. Customers will receive an email prior to their scheduled session if their session is canceled due to inclement weather. Refunds will be credited to the same credit card used to make the initial purchase and will be issued within ten (10) days of the canceled session.

Q: Is there a different rate for children or non-skaters?
A: Anyone ages 3 and over will need a full priced ticket for our VIP and Early Morning experiences, even if they are not skating.

Q: Do you rent both figure skate and hockey skates?
A: Wollman Rink only rents figure skates.
