Q: Are Premier Passes & Early Morning Holiday reservations refundable or transferable to a different date?
A: Reservations are non-refundable (unless Wollman Rink is closed to due inclement weather at the time of your reservation. Because our reserved sessions usually book up completely, reservations are only valid for the date and time specified and may not be changed once purchase is made)

Q: What if it rains or snows during my reserved session?
A: On occasion, Wollman Rink will close due to heavy rain or heavy snow. If your session is canceled due to inclement weather, then a full refund of purchase will be credited to the same card used for payment. Customers will receive an email prior to their scheduled session if their session is canceled due to inclement weather. Refunds will be credited to the same credit card used to make the initial purchase and will be issued within two (2) weeks of the canceled session.

Q: Is there a different rate for children or non-skaters?
A: No. Anyone ages three (3) and older will need a full-priced ticket for both our Premier Pass and Early Morning Holiday Reservations, even if they are not skating.

Q: Do you rent both figure skates and hockey skates?
A: Wollman Rink only rents figure skates.
